I finally did it! I got a new Christmas tree - artifical of course - but it's new not 16 years old! I splurged and got one with lights already on it, the best thing I've ever done! I always hated putting the lights on , after untangling them! I bought it right before Halloween and now it's sitting in the livingroom all decorated and looking so nice! I know, some people will think we are pushing it a little bit (maybe a lot!) but it's made our holidays a little bit brighter! We put it up on the 7th and decorated it on the 12th. This will be thge longest wait for Santa ever! Chad wakes up every morning asking if he's come yet or not, especially yesterday because we had snow and he thought - well all the ingredients are right, the tree's up and decorated and it's snowing, surely the jolly old fat man has arrived in the night! So anytime he wants to show up, we're ready!
