The Ockerman Family
Well we went to parent-teacher conferences and good news - they're all good kids at school! Ryan's Russian science teacher said "I wish I had a whole class of Ryan Ockerman's" With his accent, it sounded pretty funny. His music teacher offered to drop off his trumpet, so maybe it would get practiced, I took her up on it! Courtney is having to deal with being Ryan's little sister. She likes her reading and writing teacher, Mrs. Turnbow. Joslyn's teacher says "she's a fun girl" which means she has some things she needs to work on like spelling, reading and tests on books she's read. Over all I guess they're all doing pretty good in school. Thank Heavens!
Ryan is having his Missionary Experience Saturday the 7th. He has to be to the stake center by 7:00 AM (!) dressed as a missionary and ready to teach a REAL investigator a REAL lesson from the Preach My Gospel book. So scary for ME!
Well we think we have a buyer for our house! It's a couple from Alaska! They've seen it twice and now that our contract with our realtor is up, we can sell it and make some money! They've given us a verbal offer over the phone and we're going to get some papers filled out and get the ball rolling.
